We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help 🤍

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please ensure:

  • An unboxing video is recorded from start to finish (without cuts)
  • The video clearly shows the package being opened and the damage/issue
  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.

If your request is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A refund/store credit, depending on availability
